Bookstagrammer Shoutout

Instagram has been an awesome tool for sharing and connecting with the different book bloggers out there in the world. So I decided to give some of those book blogger accounts a shoutout so that you can check their accounts out and connect with them too. Sharing our content with each other is the whole point right 😛 I will be doing this every so often so if you don’t see your bookstagram account listed, it may well be in the future.

Here is a list of some great bookstagrammers (give these accounts a follow for some awesome content):

  1. @books_and_bookmarks
  2. @noreadstoogreat
  3. @natysbookshelf
  4. @tales_and_textiles
  5. @norinbooks_76
  6. @nina_ravenclaw
  7. @valiant_reader
  8. @morestorgy
  9. @lovebooksandtea97
  10. @bookgoggles
  11. @candy_booklover
  12. @booksandmunches

I have also started writing for Buzzfeed Community and am going to be making some book quizzes which I will be sharing on my blog so make sure to check those out!

Still currently reading The Mark of Wu: Hidden Paths and should have a review for you bookworms soon.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas Bookworms!! Happy Holidays or whatever you prefer 🙂 I have been catching up on all my favourite Christmas traditions like watching White Christmas and It’s a Wonderful Life, reading A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, and even going to a Christmas Eve service with Mom and Dad. Our tree looks really nice (Mom decorated it, I am at my parents for the holidays).

Tomorrow morning I will be on my way to Fort Frances to bring some Christmas Cheer to my good friend Jordan who had to work on Christmas. He is a paramedic so he has to make sure everyone else is being safe over the holidays and give up his own to do so. My flight is at 7am tomorrow but I have a new book to keep me entertained for the journey there and back on New Years Eve.

Also Max says Merry Christmas too. As you can see we both just got out of bed 😛

Well have a great Christmas Day everyone! Eat lots of turkey and drink lots of spirits and keep the good cheer a flowing.

Talk to you soon bookworms.

Author Interviews, Christmas and Buying Books

I have been very busy the past week doing Christmas shopping and hosting Ugly Christmas Sweater Parties and whatnot (are they truly ugly if we all wear them in defiance and we rock it?). This is a crazy post where I tell you all that has happened in the past week.

So we are doing Secret Santa at work and I bought my coworker the coolest present but I can’t say what it is because they might read my blog (I don’t know if they do but will not take the chance :P). Let’s just say it involves your head and warmth…and is nerdy. Ok that’s all you get.

I also have been chatting with an author and have maybe got my first victim for an author interview! I’m not sure how that will go because I have never conducted an interview for an author before but we will see 🙂

In the meantime, I picked up Simon vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda because of a recommendation and have been reading that at the same time as my other book. I do have to say that is is very well written and I am enjoying it.

Let me know what you guys are reading and what your plans are for the holidays in the comments below! I want to know all about your lives 😀

Talk to you later bookworms.
