Welcome back readers! I am here today with a new review, which I know, it has been a while. This time I will reviewing The Art of Entertaining – A Guide to Hospitality, Food, Decor & More by Maggie Fleming.

This book was creative in the ways it split up and explained all the different types of parties and events that one could host or attend. In each section, it goes over the typical things to do and what not to do for each event whether you are the host or the attendee.
It goes into categories such as weddings, birthday parties, football parties, family gatherings for holidays etc. I found it to be a decent read through and it gives you some insight into how to behave during said events. I do think that each family is different so there may be different measures to apply for certain situations but it gives the reader a basis for what to expect and how to plan accordingly.
I like to attend the events more than I like to host them but now I feel like I could host one if it came to it. I also feel like I would be a better guest to these events after learning from some of the tips in the book.
Book Rating: 4/5
