So first off, I know I missed a day but that was because I had friends staying with me from out of town for a night and I had no time to write while they were here. But I am back at it now so lets have a go with day 2 of the book challenge.
I read a lot of books and most of them I have read only once but there are a select few I have read multiple times. One book that captured me from the first sentence and is one that I can go back to time and time again is The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. 
There isn’t one chapter of this book that I don’t like. Even when they are describing their surroundings or it is just a dull moment where they are talking, I am drawn in for every part of it. The first time that I read this book, it took me 3 hours and as soon as I was done, I went to the bookstore and bought the 2nd one. I thoroughly enjoy this entire series but this book is the one I could read over and over again.

Haha yea the HP series was a close second for this post but Hunger Games took the win for me 😛 I haven’t read Lord of the Rings yet because its such a huge commitment to get though them all but I have read the Hobbit.
I have a lovely leather bound edition of LOTR that I reread every couple of years.☺️
LoTR is not long at all, by today’s standards. The entire trilogy is probably shorter than the deathly hallows. It’s definitely shorter than most single volumes of the Wheel of Time.
Yes very true eh. It was always the revered large trilogy when I was a kid but series are way longer now ;p
Many. One of my favourites has been the Night Angel Trilogy by Brent Weeks. I’m huge into fantasy series, especially assassins. Great character development and plot, and his other stories are also fantastic and I have reread them a few times as well, I highly recommend them!
I will add them to my TBR pile 🙂 I have some books by R.A Salvatore that I still need to get into as well.
I’ve read some books 3 times, but the only book I can say for certain that I’ve read more than 3 times (you know, other than Dr Seuss or Richard Scarry), is the Bible. When I was 15, I decided to read it for myself, rather than get it in piecemeal Sunday School stories like a bunch of disjointed Aesop’s Fables. At first I was struck by how real and ‘warts and all’ the characters are portrayed – not heroes at all. Secondly, I note that the stories make far more sense in chronological order. Then, after a few times through, I began to realize that the book is about God, not me.
Wow that’s really impressive, I’ve read a lot of the bible but I have never been able to get through the whole thing. That’s the best way to do it though, finding out for yourself rather than taking other’s words for it.
I’ve read lots of book two times, but reading one three times is impressive.
I’ve read Red Queen four times, Lawless at least three times, and I think The Girl Who Could Fly multiple times as well, but I don’t remember how many for sure.
Nice ! Yea the only other book I have read multiple times is A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, I read it every year around Christmas time.
